Mild Adrenal Fatigue Dietary Supplement Program
If you scored between 45-88 (women) or 44-87 (men) on the Adrenal Fatigue questionnaire (p.61, Dr. Wilson’s book). Our general recommendations are for most peolpe, regardlees of theire score on the questionnaire, to generally start Dr. Wilson’s Adrenal Fatigue Program on the Mild Program initially. This is to gently allow your body to adjust to the four core adrenal products, and then after 10 to 14 days to move into the Moderate Program. This complete program is very effective at restoring your physiology and biochemistry towards normal so you can feel well again. Take all 3 dietary supplements as directed below and the additional liquid herbal product, to obtain optimal benefit. In addition, take with a glass of salted water (to taste) in a 250ml glass of water, particularly if you crave salty foods like potato chips, olives, pretzels salted peanuts,etc.
- 1 tablet on rising 1 at noon and 1 before bed.
- 1 tablet on rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed.
- 1 tablet on rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed.
Herbal Adrenal Support Formula or Herbal HPA if you have high blood pressure concerns or if you are sensitive to licorice.
- Take 10 drops in water or dilute juice on rising and 10 drops at night before bedtime.

*Some people may have difficulty taking anything first thing in the morning. If you can’t take the supplements when you rise, then take them with your first food of the day, but remember you will feel better if you never skip breakfast, eat early and chew your food well.
